Item will be shipped within 3 business days when the full payment is received.
All our shipments are registered airmail with a tracking number (Thailand Post). The delivery time is around 20-25 business days but sometimes it may take a little longer due to the weekend, holiday, COVID-19, Custom, or uncontrollable conditions. If you want other courier services such as DHL Express please kindly contact us for an extra shipping fee.
The tracking number will be provided within 24h after your package is shipped out in the “Shipping Confirmation” email.
If you think there is a problem with your shipment, contact us. If you contact the Payment provider before us, we will provide no support of any kind; it will only take more time to get a refund if there the issue is real.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping fee if the items are returned because unclaimed or the shipping address mentioned in the order form is wrong.
If after 45 days you still have not received your order, please contact us so we will investigate.
Customs, Duty, and Taxes :
The buyer is responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The buyer/recipient is the importer of records and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; buyers should contact the local customs office for more information in case of any questions regarding customs regulations. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates and we are not responsible for such delays or additional costs caused by such a situation. In case of confiscation of the shipment with the order by the customs office or other local authorities in the recipient’s country, we are not responsible for such confiscations, free replacements, or any costs. Such a case is the full responsibility of the buyer/recipient because such a situation is beyond our control or influence.
Return & Refund:
If the package arrives damaged, simply refuse it, and we will send a new one for free.
If the items in the package are damaged, take detailed pictures of them and send them to us within 24h after reception of the package. We will send you a new package for free, and we will provide a return address with a free shipping label for the damaged items.
If something is missing or if the items are not the ones ordered, contact us. After verification, we will provide a return address with a free shipping label and send you the correct order or the missing items.
If you changed your mind or if you want to change your items, you have to contact us and then send them back to the return address mentioned on the package with a tracking number. A restocking fee of $15 will be applied.
